Ronald McDonald House Monash is fortunate to have a fantastic group of corporate partners whose generous contributions have enabled our charity to bring comfort and care to thousands of families. These partnerships are an important strategic alliance between major organisations and Ronald McDonald House, building warm and positive relationships with all sectors of the community. Organisations can help by contributing financially, Adopting a Room, becoming an operational partner or donating products or services.

Organisations partner with Ronald McDonald House for a range of reasons. Often, it’s because RMH is a charity that resinates with their employees; they might work in a related field or they provide corporate and volunteer engagement opportunities for their staff.

Corporate partners are able to see the impact they are making every time they walk into the House.


Ronald McDonald House Monash accommodates up to 15 families every night, and welcomes many families to the Family Room each day. Operating costs for all our programs now reach $1.1 million annually. With operational partnerships in place, RMH can ensure costs are met so our families have a soft place to land, a warm bed and a roof over their heads during a very stressful time.


Families often return to the House after a long day at the hospital with their child and cooking a meal may be the last thing on their minds. By volunteering your time as a team to cook a meal for the families, you will be helping to take the stress away from a parent and brighten their day.

The Make a Meal Program invites teams of co-workers and community groups to prepare dinner for the families staying at the House. Ronald McDonald House Monash provides the kitchen, and you provide the food and enthusiastic chefs! You’ll be rewarded with a fun and meaningful experience, while you help make our families lives that little bit easier.

Groups wishing to take part will be asked to cover the cost of the ingredients they require, plus also make a financial contribution of $500 which will help us keep our doors open for families in need every day of the year. This is a great opportunity for you to fundraise around the office or your community group and rally up some support for your team prior to coming in to Make A Meal. We will feature your team and their support on our social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.


One way to become part of the Ronald McDonald House family can be to adopt one of our rooms in either the House or the Family Room. By adopting a room you can ensure the costs associated with running that room are covered for the entire year.

There are currently about 50% of the rooms adopted, with each sponsor having their names on a plaque on the door or wall of their adopted room. Additionally, Adopt a Room supporters receive regular updates about the room usage as well as an invitation to House and Family Room events.
