The Great Aussie Summer Beach Bash
RMHC Ride for Sick Kids Victoria presents the Great Aussie Summer Beach Bash. Come and join us in celebrating the 40 brave riders as they prepare to embark on the four-day ride covering over 400kms to raise money for Ronald McDonald Houses Monash and Parkville. Dress in your best Aussie Beach Party attire (prize for the best costume!) and join the night of fun and live entertainment at one of Melbourne's best party venues, Captain Baxter, overlooking St Kilda beach. Tickets are $120 each, drink on arrival, food, entertainment, fun and prizes!

Ride For Sick Kids: A Night on the Waterfront
As the 2017 Victorian Ride for Sick Kids enters Geelong, we will celebrate their progress through the first three days of their journey, and help them prepare for the final day riding to the Ronald McDonald House in Parkville. The Ride for Sick Kids raises vital funds to help families with seriously ill children stay close to their bedside. Please join us for an evening of fun, entertainment, food and drinks and help this very worthy cause. As the Ride for Sick Kids Victoria enters Geelong on March 6, we will celebrate with AFL personalities Craig Hutchison, Billy Brownless and Cameron Ling to support the Riders in preparing for the final day riding to the Parkville House finish line. 2017 Red Boot Race Day
The 2017 Red Boot Race Day will take place on Saturday 18 March 2017 from 11.30am at the Gold Coast Turf Club, Racecourse Rd, Bundall. Back Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland for a win at our gala racing event. All proceeds will benefit the charity. Our annual Charity Golf Classic raises much needed funds to ensure Ronald McDonald House Northern NSW Houses, Family Rooms & Retreats can continue to support families with sick or injured children across Northern NSW. A great business networking event, this day is a 4 person Ambrose event with a shotgun start. We're now accepting expressions of interest for the 2017 RMHC Ride for Sick Kids SA event, taking place in November. This year's ride promises to be one to remember, with cyclists departing from Broken Hill and riding to Adelaide, via the Riverland! Andy's Christmas Lights kick off for 2016
Andy and Carmen's Christmas lights are back for 2016! Starting from December 1, head to Grasmere Avenue in Northmead for one of the more beautiful Christmas lights displays you've ever seen. They also host fantastic evening BBQs in the lead up to Christmas, this year you can stop by for a sausage sizzle on: Saturday, December 10, 2016 Saturday, December 17, 2016 Saturday, December 24, 2016 Be warned, December 24th will definitely be something special! Christmas Wrapping for a Cause
Our major Christmas fundraiser is rapidly approching and we need your help! From November 28-December 24, we will have a gift wrapping station at Castletown Shopping Centre, Townsville. All proceeds from the station go directly to Ronald McDonald House North Queensland, helping keep families with sick children close when they need it most. There are two ways you can help: 1. Donate your time to wrap presents - no need to be an expert gift wrapper, and there are many shifts available to suit your schedule! Take on The Sunday Age City2Sea 5km fun run or 15km run on Sunday, November 20, and help us raise much needed funds to ensure we can keep our doors open for families with a seriously ill child. Ronald McDonald House Parkville relies on assistance from the community to keep our vital programs running. The most important thing our facility provides is the atmosphere of a ‘home away from home’. This includes a place where the children can just be children. Interacting with one another, playing games together and supporting each other, which is crucial to their recovery and the emotional recuperation of their parents and siblings. From a shoulder to cry on, to a kiss-goodnight, when you’re stuck in hospital, having family around can make all the difference. Our facilities ensure families can be together, offering the comforts of home during one of the most critical times in their lives. The benefits to families who utilise our facilities are that they don’t have to repeatedly travel long distances, sleep in waiting rooms, in chairs on wards, in their car or pay for expensive hotel rooms. Our facilities are run by teams of professional, caring staff backed up by friendly dedicated volunteers who help out with practical tasks and keep everything running smoothly.
