Keeping our families safe - an update on COVID-19 (CoronaVirus)

Continuing to provide a safe and supportive environment for families of seriously ill children, our volunteers and our staff at Ronald McDonald Houses and Programs is our absolute priority.

We have a range of safety measures in place for our Programs, which are in-line with the relevant State Government and Health recommendations, and include:

  • Social Distancing requirements
  • Wellness and temperature checking
  • Increased cleaning, hygiene and sanitisation practices
  • Reducing access and occupancy where required

These efforts are necessary to prioritise the safety of our families and children who are particularly vulnerable throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Please ensure you contact our Programs directly to find out about the specific COVID-safe precautions which are in place in that location. Visit this page for our Chapter & Program contacts.
