Staying With Us

PARKVILLE, VIC

STAYING WITH US

Our Reception staff look after the day to day operations of the House between 9am and 6.30pm Monday to Sunday. Our Administration team are on hand to give support and assistance to families as required. The House has both paid and volunteer staff. All our volunteers and staff are screened via a police check and hold a current Working with Children certificate. Regular training is provided to support their work.

In most cases, bookings to stay with us are made via RCH health professionals who will call the House on (03) 9345 6300 between 9am and 6.30pm Monday to Sunday. Returning families are welcome to get in touch with the office directly.

Check in (and check out) is usually between 9am and 5pm. In special circumstances we can work around these times but arrangements do need to made with office staff beforehand.

Due to room allocations being made based on a waitlist we are unable to confirm a booking in advance. Office staff will notify families on the day of required admission if a room is available.
