Advocating for your Child in the School System

The Ronald McDonald House Adelaide and Cystic Fibrosis Association of SA are collaborating to provide a Parent Information Evening to provide practical strategies and resources to assist parents with children who have a chronic illness to advocate for their child in the school system.
This evening is free and open to anyone who is a parent or carer for a child with a chronic illness.

 Gain the confidence to advocate for your child at school
 Learn new ways to help you work with the school to provide the right support for your child
 Improve communication with school staff
 Learn effective communication strategies to support your child at school

Session will be held on
Tuesday 27th February
Adelaide South West Community Centre
171 Sturt Street Adelaide
7pm-9pm, including light refreshments

The session will be facilitated by an educator, and all participants will receive a resource pack.
