Advocating for your Child in the School System The Ronald McDonald House Adelaide and Cystic Fibrosis Association of SA are collaborating to provide a Parent Information Evening to provide practical strategies and resources to assist parents with children who have a chronic illness to advocate for their child in the school system. This evening is free and open to anyone who is a parent or carer for a child with a chronic illness. Gain the confidence to advocate for your child at school Learn new ways to help you work with the school to provide the right support for your child Improve communication with school staff Learn effective communication strategies to support your child at school Session will be held on Tuesday 27th February Adelaide South West Community Centre 171 Sturt Street Adelaide 7pm-9pm, including light refreshments The session will be facilitated by an educator, and all participants will receive a resource pack.
