Ronald McDonald House Randwick is located on the grounds of the Sydney Children's Hospital, at 149 Barker Street in Randwick.

Our facilities comprise of 21 bedrooms, 5 self-contained isolation units and separate a residential property.
The main House boasts a fully equipped kitchen, several indoor entertainment areas and a large covered alfresco dining area and playground, as well as laundry facilities and play areas for the children.
Importantly, our guests can share experiences and encourage and support one another in a home-like environment, while the Hospital is literally just a stone’s throw away.
Ever year, we welcome in excess of 670 families from country NSW and the ACT, but also from other States and Territories and from our neighbours in the South Pacific. Some stay for a week or two, others for a couple of months, and others again haven’t been able to go home in more than a year, while their children undergo treatment for a range of serious conditions, including cancers, leukaemia, tumours and so on.
