The 'Outdoor Room'
Ronald McDonald Family Retreat Fiona Lodge is remodelling the communal family outdoor area. Design plans have been commissioned to upgrade the children area with a greater selection of games and activities to keep them entertained on a quiet rainy day. The area will incorporate a communal 'outdoor room' complete with undercover bbq and lounge area which will allow families a chance to get together, unwind and catch up on the days activities.
Under this plan there are a number of projects requiring significant funding and support, meaning there are numerous opportunities for you or your organisation to make a very tangible contribution.
The projects below could benefit from your financial or in-kind support and will provide public recognition for any assistance you provide:
REQUIREMENTS
Garden pool fencing to fully enclose BBQ area - complete with childproof gates
Approx cost: $18,000
Interactive games - suitable for all age groups
New unused games suitable for children of all ages
Computers for units one and two
Complete with software and internet access
Approx cost: $2,000
Shade cover for the BBQ area
Approx cost: $15000
Inbuilt BBQ and storage
Approx cost: $10,000
Garden furniture
Approx cost: $5,000
