| A Letter of thanks from the
Holm Family |
 |
We recently had the absolute pleasure of spending a
wonderful week at Fiona Lodge, a week full of fun and
relaxation for us all. For that we thank you all from
the very bottom of our hearts. The lodge itself was absolutely
breathtaking and the cries of joy from our two boys as
we walked in, was great.
We all had such a wonderful week, thank you for allowing
us to experience Tranquility Bay and all it had to offer.
It is truly a very special and generous gift that you
have given to so many families, allowing them to stay
in such a peaceful place.
So many people "spoiled" us, and we would love
it if you could pass on our thank you's.
Firstly, the committee of Fiona Lodge and all who were
involved in building this wonderful "retreat".
Des Phillips was obviously a very special and caring man,
thinking about others when he was so unwell himself.
Thankyou for the lovely knitted teddy bear Jackson was
given on arrival, it got lots of cuddles. The lovely lady
(who lives up the stairs!), that made the adorable soft
toys for our boys - they take pride of place on the boys
beds at home .Thankyou!
The real estate office who were so friendly and made us
feel very welcome, LJ Hooker Malua Bay, we send many thanks.
Merinda cruises, we had the most wonderful day, the boys
still get excited when they talk about the dolphin that
followed the boat home, as well as the "millions"
of jellyfish.
Tomakin sports and social club for our night out, it was
such a luxury to be able to go out for dinner and have
such a divine meal, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Birdland, upon our arrival we were introduced to a baby
wombat and got to hold a python (Jackson had the best
news at school that week!). The park was such a joy, the
animals are so friendly and we had a great time.
Just EVERYTHING about our whole stay was wonderful, this
was without a doubt the best family holiday that we have
had since I can't remember, and for that we say THANKYOU!!!!!
to everybody associated with Fiona Lodge.
With Kindest Regards
Ken, Leanne, Jackson and Ryan HOLM
