| Students celebrate their achievements |
 |
Two graduation parties were held recently for students
from the Ronald McDonald Learning Program who have completed
their studies. Students received an Achievement Certificate
as well as being treated to a fantastic party at a McDonald’s
restaurant.
The first party was held at McDonald’s Padstow and
was hosted by McDonald’s owner/operators Tony and
Mina Favotto. The party allowed Learning Program students
from New South Wales to celebrate their achievements.
McDonald’s owner/operators Mark and Gerrie Richardson
hosted a graduation party at their Chadstone restaurant
for Learning Program students in Victoria. Kerry Cook,
Regional Co-ordinator of the Ronald McDonald Learning
Program in Victoria also attended and congratulated students
on their success. “The Ronald McDonald
Learning Program is vital in helping to facilitate a smoother
transition back to school after being absent due to a
serious illness,” Kerry said.
