Race sponsorship is $4,000 per race. Race 7 is $6,000.

Race sponsorship is $4,000 per race. Race 7 is $6,000.
The package includes the following:
- All lead up media releases prior to the event
- Company logo on the front cover of the race book
- Naming Rights of ONE race on the day.
- Optional extras include; increased prize money, trophies, satin horse rugs
- All races are called live on 2KY Racing Radio
- Race Telecast live on Sky Channel, New Zealand, Asia, America and Pay TV
- One full page advertisement in the race book for each race sponsor, dimensions are 84mm x 154mm-portrait-PDF
- Each race sponsor will have their colored logo replicated at the winning post for branding purposes
- A representative after each race will have their photo taken sashing the winner of the race and taken to the Winners Bar for drinks, photos of all races will be sent to you.
- Tables for 10 in the Corporate Function Centre, extra seats are available at $125 each guest.
- Admission onto racecourse and race books for all your guests.
- Reserved seating in the corporate function centre from 11.30am, an excellent luncheon will commence at midday with refreshments that include draught beers, selected bottled red & white wines, Champagne and soft drinks will be available from 12 noon to the running of the last Hawkesbury Race.
- Spirits and packaged products are not included in package but may be purchased at the bar.
The Corporate Function Area is Trackside and provides your guests with Tote facilities and T .V. monitors, Full Bar Service, Private amenities, fully air conditioned, A spectacular view of the entire race course, beautiful blue mountains and the most stunning sunsets. Hawkesbury Race Clubs has built their own exclusive 4**** Luxuriously appointed Motel, that offers 30 rooms ranging from executive standard to spa suites with balcony, all located on the beautiful grounds of Hawkesbury Race Club.
This is a Fun Family Day with the children catered for as well as a Magic Show, Lucky Dips, Show Bags from Santa and lunch provided at $15 per child.
